NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Sealed proposals will be received from NC Licensed Mechanical Contractors until 2 pm, on Tuesday, November 12, 2026, in the office of Mecklenburg County Asset & Facility Management Department, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC 28208, for the construction of the REVOLUTION PARK SPORTS ACADEMY HVAC REPLACEMENTS at which time and place Bids will be opened and read aloud. Single-prime, lump sum bids from NC Licensed Mechanical Contractors will be taken for construction as indicated in the bidding documents.
